Representation
We act as the owner's technical eyes on the project, embedded closely enough to understand the day-to-day detail but independent enough to give the owner an honest assessment rather than a filtered version shaped by the EPC contractor's own priorities. This representation covers the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning, not a single review milestone.
Design oversight
We review the EPC contractor's design deliverables against the contract specification and the owner's actual requirements, flagging deviations, gaps or design choices that favour contractor convenience over the owner's long-term interest before they're built into the project.
Site oversight
Construction oversight includes regular site presence to verify work is proceeding to the approved design and specification, catching quality and compliance issues while they're still correctable rather than after they've been covered up or the contractor has demobilised from that area.
Reporting
We provide the owner with regular, plain-language reporting on project status, risks and recommended actions, translating technical detail into the information an owner actually needs to make decisions — rather than a technical report that requires further interpretation.
